Maurice "Mo" Rousso
Chief Executive Officer
Mo Rousso engineered and installed his first solar energy project in 1975. A true industry veteran, Mr. Rousso founded HelioPower in 2001, a leading solar power integration firm based in California, and served as the company's CEO. Energy efficiency and renewable energy engineering grew to become a strong service area for HelioPower. Thus, at the end of 2007, HelioPower spun out a separate company called HelioEMS, Helio Energy Management Solutions. Mo heads this new entity as Chief Executive Officer.
Thomas R. (TR) Bietsch 
Managing Director
TR Bietsch brings extensive knowledge management, utility and multinational consulting services to the team. As part of the HelioPower senior management team prior to the spin-off of HelioEMS, TR was responsible for the company's day to day operating activities, and successful solar system and technology services installations.

Glenna is a senior marketing and public relations executive; a creative professional with proven business building skills in a range of industry sectors, with a special focus on "green" initiatives.

Chairman & CEO
Mr. Rogoff is Chairman and CEO of The HelioGroup, an integrated renewable energy company, and the parent company of HelioEMS. He is an active angel investor in software and renewable energy fields, serving as Co-Founder and General Partner at Sierra Nevada Partners, an investment management company established to buy and grow sustainable businesses located in the Western U.S.
